You and your mind deserve a vacation, so in recognition of our founder’s favorite destination, The Critical Thinking Co.™ is giving away a free 7-night stay at Caye Casa Resort in the town of San Pedro, on the island of Ambergris Caye in Belize, Central America, valued at more than $1,100! (Airfare not included.) The stay includes a free trip to the Belize Zoo, supported by Harrison Ford and the late Steve Irwin, or an excursion to Xunantunich, an ancient Mayan ruin.

The second-place grand-prize winner will receive an Apple iPod Touch (8 GB) in honor of our upcoming iPod software release!

Ten lucky winners will receive $100 Gift Cards for free product in celebration of The Critical Thinking Company’s 100th national award. One $100 Gift Card will be given away each day for 10 days!

To participate, all you need to do is include the #criticalthinking tag in any tweet on twitter. We love to read creative tweets, or simply re-tweet our message. Don't forget to follow @criticalthinks to find out if you've won.

1. The giveaway will begin at 5 a.m. PDT on Tuesday, July 21st and finish at 5 p.m. PDT on Friday, July 31st.
2. This contest is offered by The Critical Thinking Co.™ ("TCTC") and is open to anyone with a Twitter account who is at least 18 years of age. Employees and agents of TCTC and/or its affiliated companies and family members of such employees are not eligible to enter. No purchase is necessary to enter. You do not need to be an existing customer in order to be eligible to win the daily prize.
3. In order to enter, you must send out a tweet from your Twitter account with the #criticalthinking hash tag included. The rest of the tweet text is up to you, but feel free to be creative! Each tweet sent with #criticalthinking included will be considered an entry into that day's giveaway for $100 Gift Card in free product from TCTC and entry into the grand-prize drawings for the 7-night stay and Apple iPod Touch.
4. You only need to tweet once to be eligible for the grand-prize drawings held on the final day of the contest. All the tweets over the 10 day period will be compiled and included in the grand-prize drawings.
5. You can tweet as many times as you like (though entries using automated tweets will be disqualified), and tweets during different 24-hour periods will be entered into the contest for that period only (this pertains to the $100 in free product only, not the grand prize). So tweet again when one period closes and another begins.
6. Twelve (12) prizes in total will be available, 1 prize will be given away per day for 9 days and 3 prizes will be given away on the 10th day of the contest. A winner will be chosen at the end of each of the 24-hour periods starting at 5 p.m. PDT each day, except for the last day, when 3 winners will be chosen.
7. We will choose a winner randomly from all the entries within a particular 24-hour period ending 5 p.m. PDT each day and announce the winner(s) via The Critical Thinking Co.’s official Twitter account (www.twitter.com/criticalthinks and at www.CriticalThinking.com/tropical). All tweets sent after 5 p.m. PDT, will be considered entries in the following day's giveaway for $100 in free product. Only one tweet is required over the course of the ten days to be eligible for the grand-prize drawings.
8. The grand-prize and second-place grand-prize winners will be randomly chosen using an algorithm on the last day of the contest at 5 p.m. PDT. The winners will be announced after the close of the last day from the CriticalThinks Twitter account shortly after finishing the contest.
9. The grand prize itself is a 7-night stay at Caye Casa Resort in the town of San Pedro, on the island of Ambergris Caye in Belize, Central America, including a free trip to the Belize Zoo, supported by Harrison Ford and the late Steve Irwin, or an excursion to Xunantunich, an ancient Mayan ruin. A free cave tubing trip is included with either excusion. Airfare is not included. The luxury villa has a maximum capacity of 2 people. Excursion costs are covered for two guests only. The offer is valid for three years from the close date of the contest. The offer is specifically for the beachfront casita available at the resort and subject to availability at the time of reservation. It is available from August 1st to December 15th for the lucky winner. The seven nights include tax and transportation to and from the San Pedro airstrip or water taxi pier, daily maid service, ac, wireless, cable, concierge services and a few welcoming beverages. We will send a certificate of confirmation to the winner on behalf of Caye Casa within 31 days of the contest closing date. The winner will then have 3 years to contact Caye Casa directly and make a reservation.
10. The second-place grand-prize is a brand new Apple iPod Touch (8 GB). We purchase the prize on your behalf and have it shipped directly to your door anywhere in the United States. (You must prove ownership of the winning entry and your shipping address.) We will mail the prize within 31 days of the contest closing date.
11. Ten winners will each receive one $100 gift card from The Critical Thinking Company, mailed free of charge anywhere in the world. We will mail the prize within 31 days of the contest closing date.
12. You may enter the contest as many times as you would like via Twitter. If you are chosen a prize winner for the $100 Gift Card, you are still eligible to win one of the grand-prizes drawn on the last day of this giveaway. If you are a winner of a $100 Gift Card, you are not eligible to win another Gift Card during this giveaway.
13. Entrants' personal details will be used by TCTC strictly in accordance with TCTC's privacy policy.
14. Neither TCTC nor its affiliated companies shall have any liability for (i) any technical failures of any kind, including but not limited to malfunctions, interruptions or disconnections in phone lines or network hardware or software; (ii) technical or human error which may occur in the administration of the contest; (iii) any malfunction of or damage to the prizes; or (iv) any restrictions or delays imposed by any customs authorities or any import or other taxes of any kind imposed by any taxation authority in respect of the prizes.
