Tax Exempt Customers
If your school or organization is tax exempt, please provide us with a copy of your tax-exempt certificate when ordering. Before ordering online, please create an online account and then email us (along with your tax-exempt certificate) indicating your desire to order online and we will set your account as tax exempt.
We are required by law to charge sales tax in the following states: GA, IL, IN, KY, MD, MI, MN, NC, NJ, OH, VA, WA.
Please note that state sales tax is subject to change and that some states charge tax on freight in addition to merchandise. Some states also charge tax on digital goods.
Returns (in resalable condition) must be made within 60 days of receipt. Shipping costs are not refundable unless the return is a result of our error. Please enclose a copy of your packaging slip and the Return/Exchange Form, wrap the package securely and ship it via insured, prepaid U.S. MAIL or prepaid UPS to 1991 Sherman Ave. Suite 200, North Bend, OR 97459.

Preview Policy (for schools & institutions)
Preview orders must be on a purchase order or letterhead with an authorized signature. Preview orders are invoiced, but a full credit will be issued if the product is returned in resalable condition within 30 days of receipt. Full version software demos are also available to schools, institutions, and companies.
